Did you change your mind?

You have 30 days from the delivery of the order to return one or more products you have purchased.

Returning some items has a cost?

No, if the return refers to our lack or defect of the product sent, we will carry out the exchange of goods or the return-refund without obviously charging any cost to the customer.

Yes, if instead you have simply changed your mind, without claiming any lack or defect. In this case the shipping costs for the return are € 8.42 from Italy while from abroad they are variable based on weight (see shipping rates) and will be compensated with the return (if negative will be required to pay before the request to collect the courier).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

1) Contact us with one of your choice of these three ways:

Send an e-mail to the address: or

Write on the contact page of our site.

Make the return directly from your user area (only for registered users)

2) We will reply to you by sending you the courier, which you will have to print and attach to the parcel, which you will deliver to the courier upon collection. Remember that shipping costs for return are at your charge and you will be compensated with the sums that we will return. In the event that the balance is negative we will ask you to pay the shipping costs.

3) We will wait for the parcel to be collected at your home and delivered to us. Then, after checking the returned items, so that they have not been opened or tampered with, we will refund the amount agreed in the mode you have chosen from those available (bank transfer, credit card, Paypal, Satispay). Cash repayment is not possible.
